[目的]了解我市不同年龄组人群微量元素缺乏情况。[方法]用美国PE5100塞曼原子吸收光谱仪对3968例海口市儿童和成年人群进行血Ca、Zn、Fe、Mg、Cu、Pb检测。[结果]在不同年龄组人群中微量元素有不同程度的缺乏,Ca、Zn、Fe3种元素变化幅度较大,经统计学分析差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。性别差异经Mann-Whitney u检验及Wilcoxon秩和检验仅见成人组的铁元素有统计学意义,其他5种元素无性别分布差异。[结论]掌握不同地区微量元素变化规律,为人们提供有效的营养健康指导,提高生活质量和健康水平具有现实意义。
[Objective] To understand the lack of trace elements in different age groups in our city. [Method] The blood samples Ca, Zn, Fe, Mg, Cu and Pb from 3968 children and adults in Haikou City were detected by PE5100 Zeeman Atomic Absorption Spectrometer. [Result] The trace elements in different age groups had different degrees of deficiency, and the changes of Ca, Zn and Fe three kinds of elements were quite large. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Sex differences The Mann-Whitney u test and Wilcoxon rank sum test showed that only iron in the adult group was statistically significant, and the other five elements had no gender differences. [Conclusion] It is of practical significance to master the changes of trace elements in different areas and provide people with effective nutrition and health guidance and improve the quality of life and health.
