为了探寻氧化剂对四组元HTPB复合固体推进剂力学性能的影响方式和机理,采取对50℃、20℃和-40℃条件下的HTPB推进剂试件单轴拉伸试验结果和拉伸试件断面电镜照片对比分析方法。分析结果表明,氧化剂不同级配、相同级配不同批次及不同固化时间,对四组元HTPB复合固体推进剂相关力学性能有较大影响,同时推进剂的裂断主要表现在氧化剂界面的剥离,细氧化剂颗粒附近存在应力集中。
