应用氨基酸自动分析仪分析了扇贝肉中的氨基酸含量,用原子吸收光谱法测定了其中钙、镁、锌、硒等元素的含量,为扇贝的开发研究提供了营养学依据。
The contents of amino acids in scallop meat were analyzed by automatic amino acid analyzer. The content of calcium, magnesium, zinc and selenium in the scallop meat was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry, which provided the nutritional basis for the development of scallop.
