详细介绍了我国自行开发研制的管路两相混输稳态计算程序──STPHD的设计思路、计算步骤、特点和功能。通过对试验管路的计算并和试验值相比较表明,该软件在油气两相流的流动特性模拟方面具有足够的计算精度,它能正确反映管路中压降、温降的变化趋势并能对段塞流的流动特性进行详细的预测,因而可为油气混输管线的正确设计、动力设备的选型、管路终端处理设备的设计以及实际安全经济运行提供必要的依据。
This paper introduces in detail the design procedure, calculation procedure, characteristic and function of STPHD, which is developed by ourselves in our country. Through the calculation of the test pipeline and the comparison with the experimental data, it shows that the software has sufficient calculation precision in the simulation of the flow characteristics of the oil-gas two-phase flow and can accurately reflect the change trend of the pressure drop and the temperature drop in the pipeline The slug flow characteristics of a detailed prediction, which can provide the necessary basis for the correct design of the oil and gas mixing pipeline, the selection of power equipment, pipe end processing equipment design and actual safe and economical operation.
