用电阻丝应变片电测应力的技术近年来得到很快的发展,对于许多应力测定问题都得到广泛的应用,但是仍有一些实际应用中的问题还没有得到完善的解决。考虑到南京长江大桥管柱应力测定的要求,我们必须解决在混凝土内装置电阻丝应变片能够抵抗潮气和为时36~48小时的80℃蒸汽养护的侵蚀,而且能够经常在深水中正常使用,期限长达三、四个月之久等等问题。为此,我们对各种不同方法曾在郑州黄河桥工地和铁道科学研究院实验室内进行了试验研究。作者所提出的某些方法在试验中证明得到成功。本文就是我们所进行的这些工作的报道。
In recent years, the technology of measuring the electrical stress of the resistance wire strain gauges has been rapidly developed, and has been widely used for many stress measurement problems. However, there are still some problems in practical application that have not been solved well. Taking into account the requirements of the Nanjing Yangtze River Bridge string stress measurement, we must address the device within the concrete resistance wire strain gauges to resist moisture and humidity for 36 to 48 hours of 80 ℃ steam conservation, and can often normal use in deep water, Duration up to three or four months and so on. To this end, we conducted a pilot study of various methods in the Yellow River Bridge site in Zhengzhou and the railway science research institute. Some of the methods proposed by the authors have proved successful in experiments. This article is the story of what we did.
