从我国出版业所处发展阶段看,我国出版集团无论从自身发展需求还是政策导向出发,都有较高意愿通过投资并购来扩大规模、提升盈利能力。其投资并购路径主要可分为三大类:同业整合与数字化升级、营销渠道扩张与平台搭建、产业链扩张与跨行业并购。在转型升级初期,出版集团可根据现有资源和优势选取一到两个投资主题,一方面向其涉及的细分出版领域进行深度挖掘,另一方面围绕该主题积极寻求跨媒体转型,在快速扩大企业规模的同时通过资源整合培育新的利润增长点。从目前市场运行情况来看,以少儿以及老年人为受众的出版领域及其相关上下游产业链、衍生品更具增长潜力,有较大挖掘价值。
From the perspective of the stage of development of the publishing industry in our country, the publishing groups in our country have higher willingness to expand their scale and increase their profitability through investment and mergers, irrespective of their own development needs or policy orientation. Expand the size of the enterprise through the integration of resources to cultivate new profit growth point. Judging from the current market conditions, derivatives and their related upstream and downstream industry chains, which target audiences for children and the elderly, have more potential for growth and have greater potential for mining.
