关于齿轮的高性能化,一直受到全世界齿轮学者和工厂的重视。日本机械学会的齿轮关系的研究分科会(RC—69),关于齿轮性能的实态调查与研究表明[1],其评价项目总的顺序为:1)低噪声、低振动为最多;2)低成本;3)小型、轻量;4)齿轮的强度;5)高效率等。总之现在关于齿轮的高性能化的中心课题为噪声与振动的问题。本文将结合个人多年从事齿轮振动噪声的研究成果及经验,参照1989年11月出席 JSME 齿轮及传动机构研讨会议的有关文献及实地考察情况,就关于高性能低噪声汽车齿轮的设计与制造及计算机应用问题,简述如下。
The high performance of gears has always been valued by gear scientists and factories around the world. The research on the gear performance of the Japan Society of Mechanical Engineers (RC-69) shows that the overall order of evaluation items is: 1) Low cost; 3) small, lightweight; 4) gear strength; 5) high efficiency and so on. In short, the high-performance gears now center on the issue of noise and vibration. This article will be based on personal years engaged in gear vibration noise research results and experience, refer to the November 1989 attend JSME gear and transmission mechanism seminar on the literature and on-site inspection, on the high-performance low-noise automotive gear design and manufacture and computer Application problems, summarized as follows.
