本文论述煤矿井下绞车拖动电动机用鼠笼式异步电动机取代绕线式异步电动机,以变频调速取代外加电阻调速,及其在节电和改善安全方面的优越性。为使鼠笼式异步电动机具有直流他励电动机工作稳定和调速平滑的优良特性,必须采用变频调速,但目前变频调速的防爆化存在着三个有待解决的问题,即:采用何种变频线路,隔爆壳内可控硅元件如何冷却以及变频调速所适用的低频电动机应具备的性能。本文对这三个问题提出了解决意见,为发展我国井下防爆绞车变频调速电力拖动提供了参考。
This article discusses the coal mine winch dragging motor instead of using a squirrel-cage induction motor windings asynchronous motor, the frequency control to replace the applied resistance speed control, and its power saving and improve safety superiority. In order to squirrel-cage induction motor has a DC DC motor with stable performance and speed smoothing excellent features, must be used frequency control, but the current explosion-proof speed control there are three problems to be solved, namely: what kind of Frequency conversion line, how to cool the silicon controlled element inside the flameproof enclosure and the performance of the low frequency motor which is suitable for the frequency conversion speed regulation. This paper puts forward the solution to these three problems, which provides a reference for the development of the electric drive of the VVVF governor in our country.
