论述南亚某经典水电项目的工期控制.该水电项目工期,承包商虽然精心编制工期计划,但开工后受设计问题、不利自然障碍等严重影响,工期计划受阻,承包商提出索赔,业主未能赔付,项目进入time at large(承包商自认为合理的时间完成工作),最终通过承包商的努力,避免了业主反索赔,工程顺利移交,承包商的利益得到保护.
