After 20 years of research, Howard Friedman and Leslie Martin, American psychology professors, summarized some decisive factors affecting life expectancy from the plethora of living habits and published the new “Longevity Project.” The book lists the “key elements of longevity list.” Surprisingly, popularity ranked first.
