为了提高电牵引采煤机传动系统的设计速度与设计精度,减轻设计人员的工作强度,将传统人工设计经验和现代设计理论集成,结合国内采煤机齿轮传动系统的特点,建立了电牵引采煤机齿轮传动系统智能设计系统,并将知识库技术应用于设计系统中。实现了采煤机齿轮传动系统的数字化设计,规范了采煤机设计流程,提高了齿轮传动系统的稳定性,缩短了设计周期。 In order to improve the design speed and design accuracy of electric traction shearer drive system and reduce the work intensity of designers, the traditional artificial design experience and the modern design theory are integrated.
