近年来由于高校扩招，毕业生规模剧增，大学生就业难、就业压力大，形势非常严峻，由此产生了大学生就业难的问题。大学生自主创业是缓解就业压力的有效途径之一。本文就大学生团队创业进行分析，借鉴国外高校大学生创业团队管理模式的经验，提出我国高校大学生创业团队发展机制构建的方法。
