目的探讨临床护理人员英语口语培训方法及效果。方法选择60名英语基础较好的临床护士,分为试验组和对照组,每组30名。试验组每月接受2次的临床英语口语学习,包括课堂教学和开辟第二课堂活动。对照组采用多媒体光碟学习。8个月后,通过两组的考核成绩和问卷调查评价教学效果。结果试验组英语口语测试成绩优于对照组(P<0.05),试验组英语口语测试成绩较学习前提高(P<0.05);试验组10名被选入亚运自愿者;经问卷调查,试验组对英语口语临床教学质量满意,能力得到提高。结论护理英语口语培训是提高临床护理人员英语口语能力的一条有效途径。
Objective To explore the methods and effects of oral English training for clinical nurses. Methods Sixty English nurses with good basic English skills were selected and divided into experimental group and control group with 30 in each group. The experimental group received 2 clinical oral English tests per month, including classroom teaching and the opening of the second classroom activities. Control group using multimedia CD learning. Eight months later, through two groups of test scores and questionnaires to evaluate teaching effectiveness. Results The oral English test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The oral English test scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the experimental group (P <0.05); 10 of the experimental group were selected as the volunteers of the Asian Games. Satisfied with the quality of oral English clinical teaching, ability to be improved. Conclusion Nursing Oral English training is an effective way to improve the oral English ability of clinical nurses.
