为了提高H型截面铝合金锻件的变形均匀性,减少流线折断等缺陷,采用正交实验法确定实验方案,采用DEFORM-2D数值模拟软件对方案进行仿真模拟。以锻件最后的充填性,变形均匀性和纤维折断为多目标评价标准,分别研究设计因素对成形目标影响的主次顺序,并通过综合平衡法得到了工艺参数的最佳水平组合,以此进行有限元模拟验证。验证结果表明,该优化方法能够获得满足质量要求的H型截面铝合金锻件。
In order to improve the deformation uniformity of H-section aluminum alloy forgings and reduce the flow line breakage, the orthogonal experimental method was used to determine the experimental scheme. The simulation was carried out by DEFORM-2D numerical simulation software. Taking the final filling, deformation uniformity and fiber breakage as the multi-objective evaluation criteria, the primary order and secondary order of the influence of design factors on the forming target were studied respectively, and the best combination of process parameters was obtained by comprehensive balance method Finite element simulation verification. The verification results show that the optimized method can obtain the H-section aluminum alloy forging which meets the quality requirements.
