本文用空间啮合理论和优化方法破译了Gleason螺旋锥齿轮设计标准AGMA209.03中的无根切δ—θ_(fmax)曲线,并结合AGMA209.04计算出各种螺旋角情况下的δ—θ_(fmax)曲线,为螺旋锥齿轮的少齿数设计提供了无根切依据。
In this paper, the Gleason spiral bevel gear design standard AGMA209.03 is used to decipher the δ-θ_ (fmax) curve by using the theory of space meshing and the optimization method, and the δ-θ_ ( fmax) curve provides a root-less basis for the design of a few teeth of a spiral bevel gear.
