从航空发动机涡轮叶片、大型复杂钛合金精铸件、近净形薄壁铝合金精铸件、工业燃气轮机叶片、汽车发动机涡轮增压器等5个方面论述了精密铸造的重要性。当前,我国正面临相关领域高速发展的大好时机,在可预见的未来,精密铸造仍然是上述产品成型的主要方法,从而给高端精铸件带来极好的发展机遇。与此同时,由于现存的体制、机制,企业自身的管理水平,以及面对技术挑战等多方面因素的制约,面临的挑战也极为严峻。
The importance of precision casting is discussed from five aspects of aero-engine turbine blades, large-scale and complex titanium alloy casting, nearly net shape thin-walled aluminum alloy casting, industrial gas turbine blades and automobile engine turbocharger. At present, our country is facing a golden opportunity for the rapid development of related fields. In the foreseeable future, precision casting is still the main method of forming the above products, which will bring excellent development opportunities for high-end precision castings. At the same time, due to the existing system and mechanism, the management level of the enterprise itself and the face of technical challenges and other factors, the challenges faced are extremely serious.
