随着我国改革向纵深发展,社会进入了黄金发展期、转型关键期、矛盾凸显期、改革攻坚期的“四期”阶段,企业同样也不可避免进入新常态,而新常态又不可避免产生新矛盾。因此,工会工作也要不断适应新常态。笔者在工作实践中体会到:不管企业发展产生怎样的新常态,工会用法治思维和法治方式化解企业与职工的矛盾维护和谐,永远是工会工作的职责所在,同时,也永远具有不可替代的作用。
