目的观察分析阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷对急性缺血性脑卒中神经功能及血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)与血脂的影响。方法将2015年2月至2016年2月92例急性缺血性脑卒中患者按照随机数表法分成治疗组(n=46)和对照组(n=46)。对照组应用阿司匹林治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合氯吡格雷治疗。观察并比较两组患者治疗后的神经功能缺损程度、临床治疗效果,治疗前后血脂变化情况及血清CRP变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率(82.61%)与对照组(63.04%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者神经功能缺损程度评分较治疗前明显改善,且治疗组评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)及三酰甘油(TG)均明显低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组血清CRP水平较治疗前显著改善,且治疗组改善水平显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合氯吡格雷对急性缺血性脑卒中患者有较好的治疗效果,还能有效促进患者的神经功能恢复,显著降低血脂水平和血清CRP水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of aspirin and clopidogrel on neurological function, serum C-reactive protein (CRP) and blood lipids in acute ischemic stroke. Methods 92 patients with acute ischemic stroke from February 2015 to February 2016 were divided into treatment group (n = 46) and control group (n = 46) according to random number table. The control group was treated with aspirin, and the treatment group was treated with clopidogrel on this basis. Observe and compare the degree of neurological deficit after treatment, clinical treatment effect, blood lipid changes before and after treatment and changes of serum CRP. Results The total effective rate (82.61%) in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the control group (63.04%) (P <0.05). After treatment, the score of neurological deficit in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment, (P <0.05). The levels of LDL-C, TC and TG in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and were significantly higher than those in the control group The level of serum HDL-C was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The level of serum CRP in both groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment, and the improvement in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group There was statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion Aspirin combined with clopidogrel has a good therapeutic effect on patients with acute ischemic stroke, but also can effectively promote the recovery of neurological function, significantly reduce the level of serum lipids and serum CRP.
