我认为要有效地上好每一堂课,应该考虑如下几个方面:首先要明确每节课的具体目的和任务;其次要考虑教学对象的年龄、心理特征及认知能力;然后再根据以上两点考虑如何采取最有效的方法组织教学。在短短的45分钟内,既能让学生获得应知的知识和技能,又能激发他们的兴趣和求知欲,实现高效率的课堂教学。当然,要达到这一目的,确实不容易。下面谈谈我在教学中的一些粗浅体会:一、注重课前准备。在上课之前,应根据课文需要选取一些图片、事物或模型等,充分应用现代多媒体教学,图文并茂,调动学生的积极性,激发其学习兴趣。因
