作者报道了1例严重的活动性 SLE 病例,其外周血中除有选择性血清 IgA 和 IgM 缺陷外,还有 OKT4~+(CD4~+)T 细胞亚群缺陷。患者为一21岁的沙特男性青年,因发热、头痛、多发性关节炎1个月入院。根据下列临床特征和实验室检查结果诊断为 SLE:蝶形皮疹、对光敏感、多发性关节炎、高效价 ANA(1∶1280)和抗 DNA 抗体(1∶2560)。用各种单克隆抗体研究其 T 细胞的分化抗原簇(CD)和 T 细胞亚群。用放射免疫扩散法检测其血清 IgG、IgA 和 IgM 的水平。结果表明,患者新鲜外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)
The authors reported a severe case of active SLE with peripheral blood deficient in the subset of OKT4 ~ + (CD4 ~ +) T cells in addition to the serum IgA and IgM deficiency. The patient, a 21-year-old Saudi male youth, was admitted to hospital for one month because of fever, headache, and multiple arthritis. SLE was diagnosed based on the following clinical characteristics and laboratory findings: butterfly rash, light-sensitive, polyarthritis, high titer ANA (1:1280) and anti-DNA antibody (1:2560). Various monoclonal antibodies were used to study their T cell differentiation antigen clusters (CDs) and T cell subsets. Serum IgG, IgA and IgM levels were measured by radioimmunoassay.
