橡胶支座与铸钢支座相比,具有用钢量少,制造成本低,安装方便,建筑高度小,无需经常养护维修,能均匀分布水平力和吸收部分振动等特点。因此,随着铁路现代化的发展需要,可以预见,今后将会在铁路桥梁上迅速推广使用。本文通过两孔31.7米盆式橡胶支座梁及一孔铸钢支座梁的对比试验,使我们对这两种支座类型的梁端位移、转角及梁体的振动、冲击系数等有了一些感性认识。同时,本文针对所试用的盆式橡胶支座,提出了一些有待改进和探讨的问题,供正在研制和使用这种新型支座的兄弟单位参考,俾便此项新技术更臻完善。
Compared with cast steel bearings, rubber bearing has the advantages of less steel consumption, low manufacturing cost, convenient installation, small building height, no frequent maintenance and repair, uniform distribution of horizontal force and absorption of part of vibration. Therefore, with the development of railway modernization, it is foreseen that it will be popularized rapidly on railway bridges in the future. In this paper, we compare the test of two holes 31.7m potted rubber bearing beam and one hole cast steel bearing beam so that we have some sensibility to the beam end displacement and corner of the two bearing types as well as the vibration and impact coefficient of the beam body understanding. At the same time, this article proposes some problems that need to be improved and explored for the potted rubber bearing to be used for the reference of the fraternal units that are developing and using the new stand, so as to make the new technology more perfect.
