采用同位素示踪法观察了低碘对发育期大鼠小脑γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)摄取及释放的影响。结果表明,缺碘对小脑 GABA 的摄取有抑制作用,但对释放无影响;T_3对 GABA 的摄取及释放均有促进作用。
The effect of low iodine on uptake and release of GABA in developing cerebellum was observed by isotope tracer method. The results showed that iodine deficiency could inhibit the uptake of cerebellar GABA, but had no effect on the release. T_3 promoted the uptake and release of GABA.
