校本课程是指“学校根据当地社会、经济发展的具体情况,结合本校的传统和优势、学生的兴趣和需要而开发或选用的适合本校的课程”。《基础教育课程改革纲要》指出,为保障和促进课程适应不同地区、学校、学生的要求,实行国家、地方和学校三级课程管理,学校在执行国家课程和地方课程的同时,应视当地社会、经济发展的具体情况中,结合本校的传统和优势,学生的兴趣和需要,开发或选用适合本校的课程。排球运动运动量能大能小,参加的人数可多可少,适合于不同年龄、不同性别、不同训练程度的人在不同的环境条件下进行活动,本文从是一线工作者结合本校学生实际情况开发排球校本课程总结部分经验,证实小学生中可以开展排球校本课程有选择性传授排球技术。
