以花旗木Cassia bakeriana、海南蒲桃Syzygium hainanense、铁冬青Ilex rotunda和紫楠Phoebe sheareri4种幼苗为试验材料,利用人工气候箱模拟低温胁迫环境,对幼苗进行0 d、2 d、4 d和6 d的6℃的低温处理及自然状态下恢复2 d后,测定幼苗的生理指标,最后用主成分分析法对其抗寒性进行综合评定。结果表明,随着胁迫时间的延长,花旗木的叶绿素含量持续增加,海南蒲桃先升后降,铁冬青先降后升,紫楠呈现降升降的变化;花旗木和铁冬青的可溶性糖含量趋于上升,海南蒲桃上升后波动,而紫楠先升后降;花旗木、海南蒲桃和铁冬青幼苗的可溶性蛋白含量持续上升,紫楠小幅变化;海南蒲桃、花旗木和铁冬青的脯氨酸含量持续下降,紫楠上升后保持稳定;海南蒲桃、花旗木、铁冬青和紫楠的SOD活性在低温胁迫2 d后上升到最大值;海南蒲桃、花旗木和铁冬青的MDA含量先升后降,紫楠则小幅波动。主成分分析表明,低温下幼苗的抗寒能力为花旗木>紫楠>铁冬青>海南蒲桃。
Seedlings of four seedlings of Cassia bakeriana, Syzygium hainanense, Ilex rotunda and Phoebe sheareri were used as experimental materials to simulate low-temperature stress environment in artificial climate chamber. The activity of SOD in Hainan rose apple, Citrus grandis, Adianthium chinense and Thaumatin increased to the maximum after 2 days of low temperature stress. The MDA content of MDA, The content increased first and then decreased, while the purple is slightly fluctuated. The principal component analysis showed that the cold tolerance of seedlings under low temperature was Citrus hupehensis> Zi Nan> Tie Dong Qing> Hainan Rose.
