体育锻炼作为一种有效增进身体健康的手段,对人们的心理健康起到良好的调节与促进作用,体育可以“强筋骨、调感情、强意志、增知识”。加强健康教育,经常进行体育锻炼,是提高学生健康水平的有效手段。因此,体育显得尤为重要,任重而道远。要着重处理好健康与体育的关系,使学生终身享受体育运动的乐趣。
