经济体制与宪法体制是相辅相成的关系。经济体制的转型必然带来宪法体制的转变，而宪法体制的转变也必然促使经济体制的嬗变。近代宪法和现代宪法均是经济体制转型的产物。当前中国正经历着从传统计划经济体制向市场经济体制的转型，现行宪法也就必然要诠释着这种社会的转变，向人们展示一种新的生活方式。
