目的 探讨老年人Ptfv1异常与左房增大的相关性.方法 选择60岁以上老年人Ptfv1异常(≤-0.04mm·s)102例(A组),并以Ptfv1正常(>-0.04 mm·s)102例为对照,观察二维多普勒起声心动图(UCG)描记心脏形态结构及心功能参数,和心电图P波离散度(Pd).结果 A组LAD(45.2±7.1mm)、LVEDd(48.4±5.0mm)、E/A<1(占60.78%);B组LAD(34.1±4.4mm)、LVEDd(44.9±4.9mm)、E/A<1(占35.29%),两组呈显著差异(P<0.01).Pd在A组与B组间存在显著差异(39.4±9.9 VS 31.6±8.2,P<0.01),LAD与Pd呈正相关性(r0.530).结论 Ptfv1异常,Pd增大可作为左房内径增大及早期心功能障碍的判断指标,有一定的参考价值.Ptfv1的检测简便、重复性好,费用便宜,尤其适用于基层医院对老年人预防和长期治疗的监测.
