用作石墨材料补隙增强的有机合成树脂,普遍采用的有酚醛、环氧和糠酮树脂三种。三种树脂各有其优缺点:酚醛系热固性树脂,浸渍工艺简单,能耐酸性腐蚀,但它对提高制品的机械强度和降低气孔率不够理想;环氧树脂具有很高的粘合力,能大幅度降低石墨孔隙,抗碱性较强,然而工艺不易掌握;糠酮树脂对酸碱具有双重适应性,浸渍工艺也较简便,它浸渍的制品物理性能略次于环氧。鉴于酚醛树脂浸渍效果不佳,似有淘汰的趋势,为此本文着重介绍糠酮和环氧两种树脂浸渍石墨的有关工艺和性能。
