采用汽轮机小网系统是钢铁厂、企业园区等工业自备电厂降低企业成本、提高自身用电可靠性的关键举措之一.但小网运行时,工业用电负荷的随机变化易导致当地电网频率剧烈变化,若控制策略不当,极可能危及工厂正常生产,造成巨大经济损失.通过对电网调频原理以及小网运行可行性的分析,指出了一次调频性能是稳定电网频率的重要保障.提出了改进DEH一次调频性能的措施,以及协助小网运行的锅炉侧的一些策略.本研究可为汽轮机小网运行的控制策略研究提供参考.“,”The islanded power system in steam turbine is one of the key measures to reduce cost and improve electric reliability in many industries, especially in steel plants and enterprise parks. However, when islanded power system is running, the local power grid frequency will change dramatically because of the random variation of the electric load for industrial use, and it is likely to endanger the normal production of the factory and cause huge economic loss if the control strategy is not appropriate. Based on analysis of the grid frequency modulation principle and the feasibility of islanding mode, it is indicated that the primary frequency regulation performance is an important guarantee for the stability of grid frequency. Some improvement measures of the first frequency regulation performance of DEH are put forward, and strategies of boiler side to assist islanded power system are proposed. This research can provide reference for the study of control strategy of steam turbine islanded power system.
