春节前两夭,《人民日报》刊登了国家统计局今年第一号统计报告,告诉我们一个好消息:1989年治理整顿主要目标已经基本达到。这给人民过一个欢乐、祥和、文明的春节增添了喜气,使大家安下心来欢度春节。读了这个报告,使我产生了一个想法,如果中央及各级领导能够就各方面的情况经常地及时地做一些形势报告,说明问题,分析原因,提出办法,指明前景,让大家心中有数,那末,大家就会对改革开放大
Two days before the Spring Festival, “People’s Daily” published the first statistics report of the National Bureau of Statistics of China this year and told us one good news: In 1989, the main goal of rectification and control has been basically reached. This gave the people a happy, peaceful and civilized Spring Festival to add festivity, so that everyone can settle down for the Spring Festival. Having read this report gives me an idea. If the leaders at the central and the various levels can make some regular and timely reports on the situation in all aspects, explain the problems, analyze the reasons, put forward measures and indicate the prospects so that everyone can know what is going on, Then, everyone will be open to reform and opening up
