本文扼要介绍了澡盆铸铁胎生产工艺流程,阐述了铸铁胎优越于钢板胎的原因。对适用于工业搪瓷的铸铁成份和金相组织进行分析并提出具体要求。文中着重介绍的是铸铁胎的泥型铸造工艺,包括:造型材料配制、造型工艺过程及要求、浇注系统尺寸、泥型烘干工艺、浇注工艺及废品产生原因和防止。指出澡盆铁胎壁薄形状简单,尺寸精度要求不高,采用泥型铸造技术上是可行的,经济上是合理的。
This article briefly introduced the bath cast iron tire production process, elaborated cast iron tire is superior to the steel tire reason. Cast iron for industrial enamel composition and microstructure analysis and make specific requirements. The paper mainly introduces the mud casting process of cast iron tire, including the preparation of modeling materials, modeling process and requirements, the size of casting system, the drying process of mud type, the pouring process and the causes and prevention of waste products. It is pointed out that the thin shape of the bath tire wall is simple and the requirement for the dimensional accuracy is not high. It is feasible and economically reasonable to adopt mud casting technology.
