档案是人类社会活动的真实历史记录,承载与反映着人类社会生活的发展过程,既是前人宝贵经验的真实再现,也是现实活动的重要参考。在信息社会逐步发展完善的今天,大力开展档案信息服务、坚持走档案信息服务的创新之路,需要档案部门与社会各方面通力合作、协同努力,方能达到与时俱进、服务社会发展的目的。因此,全面了解实施档案信息服务创新活动的作用表现,引导社会各方面积极参与档案信息服务创新活动具有积极意义,必须引起我们的高度关注。
Archives is a true historical record of human social activities. The process of bearing and reflecting the development of human social life is not only the true reproduction of valuable experience of predecessors, but also an important reference for the actual activities. In the information society is gradually developing and improving today, vigorously carry out the file information services, adhere to the innovative path of file information services, the need for the file department and all sectors of society to work together and concerted efforts in order to achieve advance with the times and serve the social development purpose. Therefore, it is of great significance to fully understand the role of implementing the innovative activities of archival information services and to guide all sectors of society to actively participate in the innovation activities of archival information services.
