本文根据“可能──满意度”理论，研究了节水灌溉综合评价指标的合理度确定方法，提出了定性定量指标结合的节水灌溉综合评价理论与模型，为节水灌溉工程的方案决策提供了新的有效的方法。
Based on the theory of “probable-satisfaction degree”, this paper studies the method to determine the reasonableness of water-saving irrigation comprehensive evaluation index, puts forward the theory and model of water-saving irrigation comprehensive evaluation combining qualitative and quantitative indicators, and provides the solutions for water-saving irrigation project New and effective method.
