目的 将自行研制的多功能双向式倾斜床和研究确定的倾斜试验 (TTT)技术方案用于高性能战斗机飞行员心血管调节功能的专项医学选拔方面 ,以评价其实际应用效果和推广应用价值。 方法 对 2 0名高性能战斗机飞行员和 16名健康受试者进行倾斜试验下的无创心电、血压、心率变异和经颅多普勒脑血流速率测量与对比分析。 结果 高性能战斗机飞行员心血管反射能力和调节稳定性均优于健康对照组 ;本研究所采用的 TTT技术方案 (+ 75°、3 min、2 0 s)对飞行员的心血管调节功能选拔效果明显。 结论 结合 TTT进行同步心电、血压、心率变异和经颅彩色多普勒脑血流显像分析是有效和可行的 ,可为飞行员心血管调节功能的专项医学选拨提供客观、准确、定量的技术途径与判断手段 ,具有较好的推广应用价值
Objective To evaluate the practical application effect and popularization and application of self-developed multifunctional two-way tilting bed and research-confirmed TTT technical scheme in the special medical selection of cardiovascular adjustment function of high-performance fighter pilots. Methods Twenty non-invasive ECG, blood pressure, heart rate variability and transcranial Doppler cerebral blood flow velocity were measured and compared between twenty high-performance fighter pilots and 16 healthy subjects. Results The cardiovascular reflex ability and stability of pilots of high-performance fighter pilots were better than that of healthy control group. The TTT technical scheme (+ 75 °, 3 min, 20 s) used in this study had a significant effect on pilot’s cardiovascular regulation . Conclusions The analysis of synchronous ECG, blood pressure, heart rate variability and transcranial color Doppler cerebral perfusion imaging with TTT is effective and feasible. It can provide objective, accurate and quantitative results for special medical selection of cardiovascular adjustment function of pilots Technical approach and judgments, with good promotion and application value
