目的:探讨喂养护理指导对初产妇产后泌乳及喂养信心的影响。方法:将2015年4月至6月收治的100例初产妇采用SAS软件随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上加强母乳喂养护理指导,比较两组的母乳喂养知识、喂养情况及泌乳量。结果:观察组的母乳喂养知识掌握情况均好于对照组,母乳喂养信心评分和喂养成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的泌乳量多于对照组,纯母乳喂养率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:喂养护理指导能够增加初产妇的母乳喂养知识,促进产后泌乳,提高母乳喂养信心和纯母乳喂养率。
Objective: To investigate the influence of nursing guidance on the postpartum lactation and the confidence of feeding. Methods: One hundred primiparae who were admitted from April 2015 to June 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group using SAS software. The control group was treated with routine nursing. The observation group strengthened nursing instruction of breast-feeding on the basis of the control group, and compared breastfeeding knowledge, feeding status and milk yield of the two groups. Results: The knowledge of breastfeeding in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The confidence score of breastfeeding and the success rate of feeding were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The amount of lactation in the observation group was more than that of the control group, and the rate of exclusive breastfeeding was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Feeding and nursing instruction can increase mothers’ breastfeeding knowledge, promote postpartum lactation, increase breastfeeding confidence and exclusive breastfeeding rates.
