针对扒渣过程中铁水罐后壁存在死区等问题,国内外先后形成了系列辅助扒渣新工艺。通过综述铁水罐辅助扒渣工艺技术研究与进展情况,指出了其下一步技术发展方向,获得了如下结论:如何利用喷吹气体推动铁水液面运动,从而将脱硫渣驱赶至扒渣区域是目前新型扒渣工艺的总体技术思路;新型辅助扒渣工艺中,顶枪吹气辅助扒渣工艺既保证了铁水罐的独立性与整体性,能满足不同铁水罐周转模式条件下的使用性能要求,且运行费用与维护成本较低,是铁水罐辅助扒渣工艺的发展趋势;开发合理的顶吹喷枪喷口结构形式是顶枪吹气辅助扒渣工艺的重要技术发展方向。
