目的探讨~(18)F-FDG双探头符合线路(经济型PET/CT)与GE 64排VCT异机融合诊断孤立性肺结节(SPN)的价值。方法 40例经病理或临床证实的SPN接受经济型PET/CT和异机64排CT检查,图像传输至后处理工作站,完成PET图像与异机64排CT图像融合(异机融合PET/CT);PET图像用T/N比值判断病灶的良恶性,CT图像根据病灶的形态学特征判断其良恶性;计算经济型PET/CT与异机融合PET/CT对SPN诊断的灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确率。结果 40例SPN中,8例良性,32例恶性。异机薄层CT图像可提高恶性SPN内部和周围征象的检出率,异机融合PET/CT对SPN诊断的灵敏度、特异性、PPV、NPV、准确性均高于经济型PET/CT。结论异机融合PET/CT较经济型PET/CT提高了SPN诊断的灵敏度、特异性、PPV、NPV、准确性,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the value of ~ (18) F-FDG dual probe coincidence line (PET / CT) and GE 64 VCT in the diagnosis of solitary pulmonary nodules (SPN). Methods Forty cases of pathologically or clinically confirmed SPN underwent PET / CT and X-ray computed tomography (64-slice CT). The images were sent to a post-processing workstation to complete PET image fusion with 64-slice CT images (XRT / CT) ; PET image to determine the benign and malignant lesions with T / N ratio, CT images according to the morphological characteristics of lesions to determine its benign and malignant; calculated PET / CT and PET / CT fusion SPN diagnosis of sensitivity, specificity, positive Prediction, negative predictive value, accuracy. Results Among 40 SPNs, 8 were benign and 32 were malignant. The sensitivity and specificity of allogeneic fusion PET / CT in the diagnosis of SPN are higher than that of economical PET / CT because the CT images of allogeneic planes can improve the detection rate of internal and surrounding malignant SPN. Conclusion Compared with PET / CT, PET / CT can improve the sensitivity, specificity, PPV, NPV and accuracy of SPN diagnosis, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
