中华按蚊是黄淮平原的主要传疟媒介,于1982~1986年在实验室和济宁市郊水稻区的唐口乡,对该蚊的生物学特性作了进一步观察,结果为:一、室内:中华按蚊在16、19、22、25、28和31℃恒温条件下的平均寿命依次分别为48.6、27.4、23、20.6、14.8和11.1d,根据每天存活数计算间日疟原虫在该蚊体内孢子成熟后的存活率,在19℃时为49.1%,22℃时为66.2%,25℃时为83%,28℃时为81.1%,16°和31℃因对疟疾流行意义不大
