培氟沙星(Pefloxacin)是法国Roger Bellon公司开发并首先上市的第三代喹诺酮类抗菌药,目前在全世界已有20多个国家和地区上市。我国于1993年研制成功,并以注射剂和片剂的形式上市。浙江亚峰制药厂为进一步改善药动学性质,制成了甲磺酸培氟沙星胶囊,其商品名为“透星”,于1996年批准上市。 1 甲磺酸培氟沙星的理化性质 培氟沙星是诺氟沙星的哌嗪基4—位甲基取代物。甲磺酸培氟沙星二水合物为白色结晶性粉末,几乎无臭,色微黄,易溶于水,微溶于乙醇,几乎不溶于乙醚。 2 抗菌活性
