通过对厚度、板形和张力这三个自动控制目标量的分析,表明可以用厚度实现最简单、最有效的控制。厚度的控制主要由负荷分配和AGC系统来实现的。厚度自动控制最好的方法是DAGC。无迭代计算的Φ函数负荷分配方法,不仅解决了静态负荷分配问题,同时动态调节值还可以补偿轧辊实时凸度变化。自动控制的另一个主要问题是测量,通过可测的压力、机械辊缝、张力(冷连轧)和活套角就可以完全满足对板带轧制中的全部目标量的有效控制。
Through the thickness, shape and tension of the three automatic control target volume analysis shows that the thickness can be used to achieve the most simple and most effective control. Thickness control is mainly achieved by the load distribution and AGC system. The best way to automate thickness control is DAGC. The iteratively calculated Φ function load distribution method not only solves the problem of static load distribution, but also dynamically adjusts the value to compensate for the roll crown changes in real time. Another major problem with automatic control is the measurement that is fully controlled by the measurable pressure, mechanical roll gap, tension (cold tandem) and looper angle, for the full control of the total target volume in strip rolling.
