煤炭行业在中国迅速发展,随着中国经济水平的提高以及电力需求的增加,煤炭行业一直在稳定快速的发展。煤矿下自动化程度越来越高,使煤矿作业效率大大提高。但随之带来的问题也逐渐增多。矿用设备往往要求非常严格。因为环境中有可燃气体(瓦斯、煤尘爆炸性混合物),所以所有电气设备都需设计为防爆设备,防爆兼本案设备。对设备电源提出更高的要求。尤其是多路直流电源,需要每路电源相互隔离并兼顾本安输出。对后备电源也提出更高的要求。因此描述电源在设计时通过Flyback变换的方法,每路都是用变压器进行隔离,使多路电源输出相互独立。很好的解决多电源独立隔离的方法。
