为了提高工程机械变矩器、变速器和驱动桥的性能,提出了面向工程机械3大传动部件在一台综合性试验台上进行试验的思想。研制开发工程机械综合性能传动试验台,试验台采用模块化设计,共用动力、冷却装置、加载设备及检测装置。详细介绍试验台的功能、系统组成、软硬件的实现及工作原理。试验结果表明该系统运行稳定,安装调试方便,满足设计要求。颠覆以往单部件单试验台的传统设计思想,节省试验台的占地面积和投资成本。
In order to improve the performance of construction machinery torque converter, transmission and transaxle, the idea of carrying out the test on three comprehensive test stands for the three large transmission components of construction machinery is put forward. Research and development of engineering machinery performance transmission test bed, test bed modular design, shared power, cooling devices, loading equipment and testing devices. Describes in detail the function of the test bench, system components, hardware and software implementation and working principle. The test results show that the system is stable, easy to install and debug to meet the design requirements. Subvert the traditional single-unit test stand in the past the traditional design ideas, saving test-bed covers an area and investment costs.
