(一)关于技术经济学的研究对象和特点技术经济学是一门新兴的科学,它主要研究技术与经济的关系,研究技术与经济的矛盾与统一,并在此基础上进行方案比较,以保证采用的技术带来最佳的经济效果。因此,技术经济学的研究对象是社会再生产过程中可能采取的技术政策,技术方案(包括生产、建设、科研和其它非生产领域的技术方案)、技术措施的经济效果,为选择最优方案提供科学依据。也就是说,技术经济学是对为达到某一预定的目的可能采用的各种技术政策、技术方案、技术措施的经济效果进行计算、分析、比较和评价的科学。技术经济学的研究对象有以下几个特点:
