实验已经证明,二乙基硫辛酰胺(“抗110”)对照射小鼠的造血组织具有良好的保护作用,并且其保护作用的大小与预防组小鼠骨髓细胞中分布的药量多少有关。在此基础上,我们又进一步证明了“抗110”能减少γ线引起的小鼠骨髓细胞DNA的双链断裂并能促进其重接修复。本文报告“抗110”对小鼠骨髓细胞DNA修复合成的保护作用。正常DNA合成仅表现在半保留复制方
Experiments have shown that diethyl lipoamide (“anti-110”) has a good protective effect on the hematopoietic tissue of irradiated mice, and the protective effect of diethyl-lipoamide is related to the amount of drug distributed in the bone marrow cells of mice. On this basis, we further proved that “anti-110” can reduce γ-ray induced DNA double strand breaks in mouse bone marrow cells and promote its reconnection repair. This article reports the “anti-110” on mouse bone marrow cells DNA repair synthesis. Normal DNA synthesis is only demonstrated in semi-preserved replicates
