发明问题解决理论(Triz)是指导人们进行发明创新、解决工程问题的系统化的方法学体系。通过运用发明问题解决理论可以很大程度上科学地解决企业产品设计、工艺流程、现场管理过程中存在的问题。本文通过对发明问题解决理论针对产品研发、设计及企业现场管理的探究,阐述了目前发明问题解决理论运用过程存在的问题,并针对现场管理中的问题找到对策。
The invention of problem solving theory (Triz) is to guide people to carry out inventions and innovations to solve engineering problems systematic methodological system. Through the application of the invention problem solving theory, the existing problems in the process of enterprise product design, process flow and on-site management can be largely scientifically solved. In this paper, the problem solving theory for the invention of product development, design and management of enterprise site exploration, elaborated the current problems in the application of the problem solving theory and application of the process, and site management for the problems to find countermeasures.
