目的探讨雾化吸入布地奈德、可比特联合口服西替利嗪滴剂治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。方法 100例毛细支气管炎患儿分为治疗组和对照组各50例,在相同的综合治疗的基础上,对照组使用常规激素疗法;治疗组使用雾化吸入和口服用药疗法,予布地奈德混悬液1ml、可必特1.25ml加入生理盐水2～3ml中以空气压缩泵雾化后吸入,每日2次,同时予西替利嗪滴剂0.25ml口服,每日2次,连续用药5～7天。对两组疗效、症状和体征持续时间、住院时间等进行对比评价。结果治疗组气喘、肺部啰音、咳嗽消失时间及住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论雾化吸入布地奈德、可比特联合口服西替利嗪滴剂治疗毛细支气管炎可缩短病程、提高治愈率,使用安全,值得临床应用。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of atomizing inhalation of budesonide and combinib combined with oral cetirizine dropping on bronchiolitis. Methods 100 cases of children with bronchiolitis were divided into treatment group and control group of 50 cases, on the basis of the same comprehensive treatment, the control group using conventional hormone therapy; the treatment group using inhalation and oral medication, budesonide The suspension 1ml, can be special 1.25ml saline 2 ~ 3ml inhalation by air compression pump inhalation, 2 times a day, at the same time to cetirizine drops 0.25ml orally, 2 times a day, continuous medication 5 ~ 7 days. The two groups of efficacy, duration of symptoms and signs, hospitalization, etc. were compared and evaluated. Results The asthma, pulmonary rales, disappearance of cough and hospital stay in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The cure rate was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion inhalation of budesonide atomization, combinable with oral combination of cetirizine drops for the treatment of bronchiolitis can shorten the course, improve the cure rate, the use of safety, it is worth clinical application.
