对2RISO12VP电动头失效原因进行了研究。熔敷金属的化学成份分析结果指出其钴和钨的含量分别高达39.6 %和9.3 %(wt) ,硬度测量表明 ,平均显微硬度为HV650。试验结果表明 ,焊接填充材料属司太立合金。宏观金相观察结果表明 ,焊缝中有气孔存在。扫描电镜分析结果指出 ,焊缝断裂是由疲劳造成 ,其疲劳裂纹扩展速率约为1.43×10-3mm/cycle。该电动头失效的根本原因是由于错用司太立合金作为焊接填充材料对碳钢零件进行焊接
The cause of failure of 2RISO12VP electric head was studied. The chemical composition analysis of the deposited metal indicates that the contents of cobalt and tungsten are as high as 39.6% and 9.3%, respectively, and the hardness measurement shows that the average microhardness is HV650. The test results show that welding filler material is Stellite alloy. Macroscopic metallographic observations show that there are pores in the weld. Scanning electron microscopy analysis results show that the weld fracture is caused by fatigue, the fatigue crack growth rate of about 1.43 × 10-3mm / cycle. The root cause of the failure of the electric head is due to the wrong use of Stellite as welding filler material for welding carbon steel parts
