中国包装行业承担着全国各行业的包装需求,其中包括每年3万多亿元人民币的农产品包装和700多亿美元的出口商品包装任务。 近年来,中国经济和贸易快速发展,大大增加各行业对包装、印刷等需求,但目前中国包装行业在技术和设备方面还相对落后,全国三万多家国有包装印刷企业中,目前只有25％完成了技术引进和改造,因此,有关方面决定,在‘九五’期间将对其余75％的企业进行技术引进改造,从而加强包装行业的技术
