尝试采用粒子图像测速仪(PIV,particle image velocity)对旋流杯出口油雾速度场进行测量,并研究了激光强度和油雾粒径分布对测量结果的影响。结果表明,激光强度对油雾速度场结构无明显影响,但在旋流杯出口射流主体处速度值有一定差异,这是由于产生的激光亮斑超出了相机的动态范围造成的。此外,当旋流杯出口油雾粒径分布较为均匀时,PIV测量油雾速度值与PDPA测得的速度值较为接近,误差在8%左右,该误差对于研究油雾速度场结构及其变化规律是可以接受的,这在一定程度上拓展了PIV的应用领域,提高了油雾速度场的试验效率。
The velocity field of the mist outlet at the outlet of the swirl cup was measured by PIV (particle image velocity), and the influence of laser intensity and oil mist particle size distribution on the measurement results was also studied. The results show that the laser intensity has no obvious effect on the velocity field of oil mist. However, there is a certain difference in the velocity of jet fluid at the exit of the swirl cup, which is caused by the laser bright spot that is beyond the dynamic range of the camera. In addition, when the distribution of the oil mist at the exit of the swirl cup is more uniform, the measured value of the oil mist velocity by the PIV is close to the measured value of the PDPA, with an error of about 8%. This error is of great significance for the study of the structure of the oil mist velocity field and its changes The law is acceptable, which expands the application field of PIV to a certain extent and improves the test efficiency of oil mist velocity field.
