采用常规的分析方法测定铝合金中硅、铁、铜元素的含量,手续繁、时间长。根据我国高速分析的设想,作者对铝合金中硅、铁、铜元素的高速分析作了大量的试验,使硅、铁、铜这三个元素的连续显色时间由二十多分钟缩短到四十多秒钟,做到了“快、准、简、廉”。新的分析方法与常规分析方法比较,其主要改进包括:改进硅钼黄形成的温度和时间,省去了稀释体积的手续、采用试剂混合一次性加入法、采用三联分液器与定量加热器。用新的分析方法,对一些标准样品进行分析,证明数据是可靠的。
Using conventional analytical methods for determination of silicon, iron and copper content in aluminum alloys, the procedure is complicated and takes a long time. With new analytical methods, some standard samples were analyzed to prove the data is reliable.
